Counter sales get their own average on the dashboard

The Orders card shows the average order online and at the counter apart, and the share of visitors who bought counts web shop orders only.

Orders: once you sold at the counter in the period, the average order reads online and at the counter apart, for example "average € 40,00 online, € 10,00 at the counter".
Visitors, % bought and the last step of the funnel count web shop orders only. A sale at the counter or an order you made in admin had no visit behind it.
Revenue still counts every sale.
