A shop pauses when its subscription stops

If payments keep failing or a subscription ends, the shop closes for buyers until it is paid again. Nothing is deleted.

A failed payment is tried again for two weeks while your shop keeps selling, and we mail you.
If it never goes through, or your subscription ends, buyers see that the shop is closed for now. Reactivate under Billing in your Ripshop account and it opens at once.
