The phone scanner shows its way back to the checkout

Scanning cards coming in on a phone at the counter now shows Done, back to checkout under the camera again.

Opened from the counter's checkout, the camera screen always shows Done, back to checkout, also before the first card. It was hidden as soon as the camera opened, so the only way back was Stop at the top.
The rate you set on the phone goes back to the checkout through that button too.
