A pickup confirmation, and a return address for withdrawals

Pickup orders get their own confirmation, and a customer who withdraws is told where to send the products, or that there is nothing to send.

Pickup confirmation. A pickup order used to get "we'll ship it, tracking follows". It now gets its own confirmation: you mail them when it's ready to pick up. Change its words under Settings, Mail, template Order confirmation: pickup. The thanks page says the same and never mentions shipping.
Where to send a withdrawal. The confirmation email and the screen after withdrawing show your company name and address from Settings, Company. The address is also in the company block under your terms, returns and other text pages.
Nothing to send back. When a customer withdraws before you shipped, they read that there is nothing to send back and that the money follows, instead of "send the products back".
No bank transfer line. The pay page and the payment request no longer suggest paying by bank transfer: there was no account number to send it to.
