Spots count cards, not copies

Spots, Move to spot, the counter's spot picker and adding from a set now count cards, so "copy" only ever means one listing.

A copy is one listing: a card in one condition, or a slab. Where Ripshop counts how many are physically there, it now says cards: "Binder 1 · 212 cards", "Its 4 cards move to No spot", "Move 15 cards to Binder 3" and, at the counter, "Show 433 cards".
Adding from a set says "3 cards ticked, 2 different" and "3 cards added to the stack".
