Stripe money on a closed order is always reported

A Stripe payment that lands on an order that was already canceled, expired or paid is now reported however it reaches the shop.

Money that comes in through Stripe for an order that can no longer take it is not booked. You get a note on the order's timeline and in your notifications, so you can refund it.
That warning used to come only from Stripe's own message to the shop. It now also comes when the customer lands back on the shop after paying, and from the regular check for payments Stripe's message missed. You're told once per payment, whichever comes first.
