A withdrawn order is no longer shipped by mistake

An order the customer withdrew before you shipped it leaves To ship and gets no label, and a To do card shows the refunds that are due.

Everything withdrawn before it left: the order drops out of To ship, and Create label and Mark as shipped are gone, also in bulk. The banner on the order and your email say not to ship it and to refund it now.
Some items withdrawn: ship the rest. The banner, Create label and Mark as shipped say how many items to leave out of the parcel.
Withdrawn, refund due on your dashboard counts the withdrawals whose money has not gone back yet, and opens those orders.
Singles and slabs in a Live rip order can now be withdrawn like any other order. What you opened live still can't.
