Going live

Starting

Live in the menu. Press Go live and give the session a title if you want one. From that moment rip and store show up at checkout, and paid orders drop into the queue.

The queue

Orders sit in the order they were paid, which is the fair order and the one your viewers expect. For each one you see who bought, what they bought, how many orders they have had with you, and the name they want called on stream.

• Start marks the order as being ripped now. That is what the overlay shows.
• Done finishes it and moves to the next.
• Defer puts someone at the back, for when they are not around. Bring them back with one press.

New orders arriving during a stream make a sound and flash, so you notice them without watching the screen.

Fullscreen

The fullscreen button turns the live page into a clean board for a second monitor next to your camera.

Closing

Stop ends the session. Rip and store disappear from checkout, and you get a summary: how long you were live, how many orders, your best seller, and how many buyers were new.

Every session is kept under Live, Sessions, so you can compare a Friday night to a Sunday afternoon.
