Your subscription and trial

Plans, their prices, the trial length and what each includes are on ripshop.io/pricing.

Start

1. Settings, Subscription, Start free trial.
2. Choose a plan and press Continue to payment.
3. Stripe's page asks for a payment method up front. The monthly fee starts when the trial ends.

Only a shop's first subscription comes with a trial.

The commission

Ripshop keeps a share of every payment your shop takes online through Stripe or Mollie, as an application fee on that payment. It comes out of what you receive; the buyer's price stays the same. The share depends on your plan.

• It applies from your first sale, during the trial too.
• Cash, your own card terminal and orders you mark as paid carry none.
• On a refund, Stripe gives the refunded share back. Mollie does not.

Change or cancel

• Change plan. The difference is settled on your next invoice. A running trial carries on.
• Manage billing opens Stripe's page for your payment method, your invoices and canceling. Once canceled, Settings, Subscription shows the date it ends.
• Reactivate appears once a subscription has ended or is on hold, and starts it again without a new trial. Your shop's data is kept in between.
