Count the register after a fair

The POS tab of your orders shows today's counter sales per way of paying, and the orders export says how each order was paid.

Open Orders, POS after a fair and you see today at the counter:

cash in;
card, on your terminal or Mollie Tap;
QR or link, paid on the customer's phone;
trade-in credit, the cards you took in against a sale;
cash paid out for cards you bought in, and the cash your register should hold after that.

Each figure is net of what went back the same way today. Today is your shop's own day.

The orders export has a new paid_with column, like "Cards + Cash".
