Answer TikTok cancel requests and returns in Ripshop
A buyer's cancel request or return shows on the order with TikTok's deadline, so you answer in time without opening Seller Center.
When a TikTok buyer asks to cancel or sends something back, you see it on the order in Ripshop. It is in the Growth and Scale plans.
- See the deadline. The order shows what the buyer asked, why, and by when TikTok needs your answer. Every admin gets a notification.
- Approve or reject. Answer from the order, with one of the reasons TikTok allows. Ripshop sends your answer to TikTok.
- Refunds in your books. When TikTok refunds the buyer, the order gets a credit note. TikTok pays the buyer and settles it in your TikTok payout.
- You choose what goes back in stock. When a return arrives, put back only what you can sell again, per product.
- Cancel an order yourself. Out of stock or a pricing error? Cancel the whole order on TikTok from Ripshop, and TikTok refunds the buyer.
