Your TikTok Shop orders in Ripshop
A sale on TikTok takes the unit off your stock at once, so it can't sell again in your online store, on stream or in your POS.
Every order on your TikTok shop now comes into Ripshop by itself, within seconds. It is in the Growth and Scale plans.
- Nothing sells twice. The moment a buyer orders on TikTok, the unit is held in Ripshop. Your online store and your POS can't sell it, and TikTok gets the right stock back.
- Ship it like any order. Once TikTok says it may ship, the order is in To ship, with the buyer's address and the date TikTok wants it shipped by.
- Your tracking number goes to TikTok. Make the label in Ripshop, or mark the order shipped with its number, and TikTok gets the number and the carrier by itself. If TikTok refuses it, the order tells you why.
- Canceled on TikTok? The unit goes back on your shelf. A paid order gets a credit note.
- Your books. Every TikTok order gets its invoice in Ripshop, marked as a TikTok order.
- TikTok talks to your buyer. Ripshop sends them no mail.
- No Ripshop fee on TikTok orders.
Sold a product on TikTok that is not linked to one in Ripshop? The order still comes in, and Ripshop tells you which product to take off your stock.
